A Bit About Me
My name is Matthew Albert and since the age of 15 I've bloody loved the gym! My journey into fitness stems from a love for sports and competition, a passion for helping others and a past struggle with body issues. My personal journey has meant that I have been just about everywhere on the spectrum of health. From childhood obesity to teenage anorexia to what I'd now consider a balanced and healthy lifestyle, I've experienced it all. So if your concerned that a trainer might not understand where you are in your journey, you need not worry as I can hand on heart say I get it.

My aim as a coach is to help individuals regardless of ability break past the barriers they are currently facing. Whether that be getting photoshoot lean or stepping foot in the gym for the first time, your goals are my goals.

My approach to fitness and getting in shape is founded upon three core principles. Work Hard. Natural is Better. Have Fun. ​With these three tenants in mind I work to deliver a personalised and bespoke service that helps you to live your life to the fullest.​​
My Philosophy

My approach cuts through the noise to bring you back to the basics: balanced living and sustainable results.
